Don DePietto has 30 years of diverse business experience. He earned an MBA in Finance from St. John's University in NY, and he worked in the Investment Department of New York Life Insurance Company for ten years. While at New York Life, Don was involved with a broad range of commercial real estate and investment transactions, and during his tenure there achieved the level of Investment Vice President. He was also responsible for the company’s oil and gas investments, and much of his time was spent meeting with industry partners in Texas and Oklahoma.

He left New York Life to purchase and act as owner/operator of a small business in Pennsylvania. After improving both operations and cash flow he sold the business and relocated to Jacksonville.

Don has 9 years experience as a licensed commercial real estate agent as well as a business brokerage consultant, assisting companies and individuals regarding acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. He is also experienced with industrial, office, retail, land, and investment properties.

Don is an enthusiast of classic muscle cars. He enjoys restoring them as well as participating in regional shows and cruise-ins.
