Paul has 43 years experience with a 44 year old company. He has been with Watson family of companies for 8+ years. He has personally sold over $850 million in real estate. Paul has overseen, managed, and/or has been involved in over 24,000 transactions in three states. Besides being a coach, trainer and instructor for many years, his specialty in commercial real estate is consulting for innovative financing terms, lease mitigation, and selling/leasing industrial type properties. Paul currently has his CRB, CRS,and GRI professional designations. He is a licensed broker in both New York and Florida, along with real estate experience in Texas and Arizona. Available 24/7, Paul believes in giving the highest standard of care possible for all parties involved in any transaction. Paul is married, has seven grandchildren, and hails from Hudson Valley New York. |
